Core Thought

The Real India lives in her rural & semi-urban areas. Therefore, Infrastructure is deficient without Access; Accessibility is deficient without Capacity; Capacity is deficient without Education; Education is deficient without Growth; Growth is deficient without employment; Employment is deficient without Skill development; and Skill is deficient without Quality-in-Work; and Quality-in-Work is deficient with Quality-in-Life

We strongly believe that empowerment in real sense can only be achieved when, at micro level, the outcome of education is linked with empowering one’s employability based on approach of integrating education with the development of employable skill ; and, at macro level, creation of employment opportunities based on the principles of incessant and substantive distribution of labour for the sake of specialization and equitable distribution of wealth for the sake of welfare economics

Core Truth : Employment is non-sustainable without skill

  • Existence is impossible without a ‘Role’ and one’s ‘Employability’ thereto
  • ‘Role’ is a career of functions generated from many complex, collective and dynamic systems
  • ‘Employability’ is one’s capability to sustain one’s role economically and socially, a balance between expectation and satisfaction around a ‘Role’
  • Role and Employability, for everyone, are uniquely related to Existence for Growth
  • Growth is incomplete without Education (Role specific knowledge Skilled to the scale of Employability)
  • Education is unmanifest without a Role (employment), hence not self-sustainable
  • Employment is non-sustainable without a Skilled Roll due to absence of value addition, recognition, and economic satisfaction
  • ‘Employable Skill’ is the real Driver of an employment which optimizes ‘Role’ and ‘Employment’ for eternal welfare
